It all begins with an idea. The 1957 Otto House, named after the original property owner, was a complete restoration and renovation. With the existing structure of the house fully restored, our team used the Otto House to showcase our reduced construction waste while still cultivating an immaculate product.
Build it.
It all begins with an idea. The Devonshire Estate sits on 4 acres of land, with a simplistic, open concept design. The original foundation was maintained on this project, allowing our client to maximize on the current structure. Through custom design, detailed construction and fine finishings, we created the owners dream home.
